Hope you’re all having an amazing week. I cannot believe it’s already Thursday. I had a really awesome Weekly Links post ready to share today, but changed my mind when I saw we were featured over on The Brides Cafe.
Last summer, we worked with Justin & Mary, and the lovely Julia, to create beautiful stationery suites for their Walk Through Wedding tour. Each stop had a specific theme, which they totally rocked out. The American Honey stop was one of my favorites, and I was so happy to see the feature over on The Brides Cafe today. Go check it out! Here are a few of my favorites:
The entire style team:

Thanks to The Brides Cafe for the feature!

Three things made today wonderful:
- Breakfast with my best friend
- It was 55 degrees in Portland today
- We were featured over on Oh So Beautiful Paper
I absolutely LOVE it when our work is featured over on OSBP. Nole curates one of the best daily design inspiration blogs. We always encourage our wedding stationery clients to head over there first to gather inspiration for their own weddings. Today, John & Lauren’s rustic letterpress wedding invitation suite was featured. I absolutely loved this project … one of the most meaningful we’ve ever worked on. Be sure to head over to Nole’s blog to see the entire suite.
HAPPY NEW YEAR!! We are so grateful for yet another wonderful year ahead of us. We hope you had an amazing New Years Eve, and you’re enjoying yourselves today!
We wanted to give a little recap of the amazing projects we were able to work on this year (thanks to our amazing clients).
We had so much fun working on these branding projects … Like I said, the clients made it all worth it!!
We are also wrapping up projects with some other really great clients!

We wrote a series of posts about branding … about what it is, and about what it isn’t. We absolutely loved writing this series!
Our work was featured over on Style Me Pretty & Oh So Beautiful Paper a few times throughout the year, which is a huge honor!
We designed several custom wedding invitation suites, and had so much fun getting to know the amazing couples.
We focused a lot this year on connecting with other creatives and featuring the work that really inspires us!
Once again … I just wanted to thank all of our amazing clients & friends that have helped make 2011 an amazing year. We are ready to hit the ground running in 2012, and hope it will be our best year yet!!
Biggest high fives to you and yours … and best wishes for an amazing year!!!
Good morning! I am so so so excited for today. You see, earlier this year, we had the chance to work on an amazing project with Justin & Mary, a super talented wedding photography duo. They packed their bags and headed off on a multi-city tour to inspire other photographers & business owners, and teach a ton about what they’ve learned throughout their years as hard working photographers who know their brand and truly connect with their clients. Each stop included a styled shoot and a full day of shooting. We were brought on board to create the custom wedding suites for several of these stops. Today, Style Me Pretty is having an inspiration extravaganza and our stationery suite for the Fools Rush In, San Diego wedding has been featured.
As more of the awesome stops pop up on Style Me Pretty, we’ll be sure to add the links. The photography goodness coming from J&M will blow your minds! Huge high fives to SMP for the feature, and really really really big high fives to Czar Press (our amazing, awesome, fantastic, talented printer). Thanks to Justin & Mary for the opportunity to be a part of this project!
We absolutely LOVE it when clients approach us to do their custom wedding stationery. A custom wedding suite is the perfect addition to your wedding day. We work with couples to create a paper suite that is tailored to your wedding day. It will tell a bit of the story to your guests before they arrive on your wedding day.
We just got John & Lauren’s wedding invitation suite back from our printer, and they look fabulous. They chose to combine beautiful letterpress printing with modern flat printing for their ‘rustic, feels-like-home’ suite. Can’t wait to share more.
The dogs & I just got back from our morning walk, and I was so happy to see that Ben & Kathleen’s wedding suite was featured over on one of our favorite blogs, Oh So Beautiful Paper. Ben & Kathleen have been such a joy to work with (and become friends with)! You can click here to see the full feature. Thanks to Nole over at OSBP!
I hope you all enjoy your day! We’re in the middle of a few really exciting projects right now. I can’t wait to share what we’ve been up to.
I got the beautiful letterpress pieces back from the printer this week for Dave & Lauren’s Dearborn, Michigan wedding. I’ll be sharing more soon, but wanted to drop in and give a sneak peek for the weekend.
I recently had the pleasure of designing save-the-dates for Dave & Lauren’s wedding that will be taking place this October in Dearborn, Michigan. Their wedding will be romantic & elegant, but D & L wanted their save-the-dates to be a little bit playful. We used four images from their engagement session paired with graphic and typeface elements from their letterpress wedding invites (coming soon). We kept the back of the design clean and simple with a link to their wedding website. The entire design suite is tied together by these beautiful kraft paper envelopes and custom return address stamp.
Custom address stamps are a great way to tie your wedding stationery together. It’s a very cost effective way to bring the beautiful design of your invitations & save the dates onto the envelopes which everyone will see first.
Dave & Lauren decided to go with a self-inking stamp (we also have traditional rubber stamps). The stamp gets thousands of impressions before needing an ink refill, which is plenty for all of their save the dates, invitations and response cards.
Love how they turned out.
I love how versatile the stamps are. You can use them for all of your wedding stationery, and even as a return address stamp after the wedding for thank you cards and every day bills and correspondence.
Preview of Ben + Kat’s info-graphic wedding invites. We can’t wait to share the rest.
